Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1 July 2025
At Awaken Yours, we value integrity, commitment, and clear energetic exchange. Our refund policy is designed to honour your time and Sandy’s, while respecting the nature of intuitive and energy-based work.
1. Individual Sessions

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session or for no-shows.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled but are not eligible for refunds.
2. Multi-Session Packages

Packages (e.g. 3-session pack) must be paid in full upfront to receive any advertised savings.

Refunds are not available once the first session has been used.

Unused sessions must be booked within 90 days of the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

After 90 days, any unused sessions are considered expired and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens. If you are experiencing an emergency or health-related issue, please contact us directly. Refunds or extensions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Awaken Yours.
4. No Guarantees
Due to the personal and intuitive nature of coaching and energy work, results are not guaranteed and no refunds will be issued based on outcomes. Clients are responsible for their own process, choices, and integration.
